Art work is due December 1, 2007
2008 State Flag Celebrating the Arts!
Design a state flag in celebration of the arts---music, drama, fine art, and dance. The selected design will be professionally constructed and forwarded to the Youth Art Month Gala Event in Washington D.C., March 2008, along with other state flags. The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) will also use the design to promote the 34rd Annual High School Art Show in the spring of 2008. The next design is due Fall of 2008 for 2009.
