The Exhibitor does not have to pay for a conference ticket, if registered to be a Fall Conference Exhibitor (limit 1).

All vendors will be highlighted by name in our Fall Conference issue of Splatter Magazine, but we encourage purchasing Ad space as well. If you are also offering a workshop during the conference, use the Promo Code WAEAPRESENTS to receive a $50 discount.

Silent Auction Donations

Art educators at our Fall Conference love to bid on art supplies, gift certificates, teaching resources, class set of materials, gift basket, art tools/equipment, posters, art books etc.

Please auction send items by September 15th. Email [email protected] with description of Silent Auction items. Auction proceeds benefit WAEA scholarship fund.

Host a Workshop

WAEA is looking for Fall Conference Presenters, in addition to presenters year round! *Submit your proposal by September 15

FALL CONFERENCE BREAKOUT SESSIONS INCLUDE:

Hands-On Mini Workshops (90 Min); reimbursement up to $75 for supplies with receipts; Best Practice Sessions (40 Min); Local Tour and/or offsite art making.
